When i tried it it said malformed binary. We need a character that it's binary equal starts with a 1 to prevent such malforming.
Anyways. I got this thing :/ it is a .png with text converted to a txt. http://pastebin.com/YP7x7CJ1
The problem with the XOR is how hard it would be to encode an entire thing. I think a code like this would leave them scratching their heads. 123 JPXHD CIEZA JIPV
wat. XOR is one or the other, but not both. Or am I forgetting something incredibly simple.
1011001
0111000
1100001
Then you add the 0 at the beginning, and you get 01100001, or a.

I dunno. I gave up coding because I lack the creativity, lol. Everything I just said is probably dead wrong! XD

It doesn't work. I think you have a terminating null somewhere.
Actually pastebin screwed things up. Before there were very long lines. But not many. And pastebin turned it into many short lines.
If it is very short. Like the a. Than you could do it yourself. But when it turns to full sentences. Then it gets insane. Much less a multi-paragraph suggestion.
Jeb=100502
Then to morse.(so you need specialized program or a brain to decode it)
...._.........._____........__
To binary.
000010000000000111110000000011
Then back to numeral.
010000310003
They wont know what to do with lots of number.
Special numbers for non-alphabet used when converting text to numeral.
Space=00
Period=0000
Comma=50

Got it. Hello there! was 42?!
Can we throw in some sign language, too, just to mess with them?

That's it. We need brains to encrypt and to decrypt the message. Tough, right?
As for morse to binary.. just bypass it. Make(or search for) a converter that makes 1 as 00001, 2 as 00011, 3 as 00111 and so on.
*brainfart* How? Drawing hands?

How else??

How about this: We just find a simple way to encode/shorten bit.ly/15fss1J into some sort of code that is short enough to be written somewhere quickly and is long enough for Jeb to make any sense out of. I don't see why we need to encode these things 5 times over until we don't understand what it is anymore.
Even without knowing how the coding would work, does it not make sense to manage the world as a real 3D object instead of as a thick pancake?

Retired StaffI think we should add smoke signals in there somewhere...
As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man
There are only four things certain since Social Progress began.
That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire,
And the burnt Fool's bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the Fire;
And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,
As surely as Water will wet us, as surely as Fire will burn,
The Gods of the Copybook Headings with terror and slaughter return!

You, and just about everyone else.
Thanks for the support. The possibility of massive structures is the main reason I'm supporting this. And it's just a side effect! It does make sense to make it a 3D object..
Hopefully.
You can make mountains more epic than those in the OP, caverns large enough to hold a city, gorges with amazing depth, oceans with frightening abysses, and massive dirt houses to make your friends jealous.
