Suggested for a second time.We need to make everything handled by the server.A lot of people here just say use bukkit plugins but I think these people are stuck on stupid.We could have a hack free game because something like this would be simple for mojang to do.Why not get an update full of client fixes and other game mechanic fixes then getting a new item every update.

How can I play on a good server that does use nocheatplus and I still see running around flying and speed hacking like crazy.Client coders have already outsmarted the plugin creators so why doesn't mojang outsmart the client coders by making stuff unchangable?

Actually, that was a brilliant idea. I've got a rather decent rig, but if I go into Local LAN, my framerate jumps from around 150-200 FPS to 200-400 FPS. Plus, a ton of mods are now available for server and client compared to before.
Edit: On topic, I don't think I've ever joined a server where there's a lot of hacking... I'm pretty sure most events in game ARE handled server-side now, in fact. Sounds like you're just going to bad servers.

Movement packets are not.People can vclip now because jeb broke the moving too quickly hacking mechanic.The game is starting to slag and there is no enjoyment anymore because all the game is now is worrying whether or not if your creation is going to be destroyed.

Everything is server side. The client only gets information from the server, and applies it. That's why on servers with poor connections, there is block lag. The server didn't receive the packet from the client saying" I mined this block" and put it back. Then, moments later, when the server does receive the packet, it pops up the block. Nothing can happen on your computer, until the server says it's okay. The same is also true even in single player. Your computer makes a Internal Server for your game.
There are a lot more factors involved then just " do it like this"
As for hackers, you need to find a server with some good admins. People are always going to cheat, trying to patch that is beyond reason. A good Admin can tell when someone is cheating, and when someone isn't. (of course, not always.)

What i'm saying is mojang patched being able to spawn in items via the server.It tells the client,"Hey you can't do that".They also patched freecam which stops sending packets after 6 blocks.So why can't they do that with movement?They can easily make the server tell the client that their movements are not where they are supposed to be.

Back in beta people with freecam could sit in spawn and go grief the server without leaving spawn,Mojang patched that by making the player stop sending packets to the server after you get out of your reach distance.So you're telling me mojang can't make the server check to see if your movements are different then what they should be?

So like if you move too fast? What about falling? how would the server handle that?
Also - the server already has an option to kick you if you aren't where your supposed to be. (I.E Flying)
