A FlipFlop Button works like a button and a lever. You press it, and it toggles something like an iron door on. If you press a different FlipFlop Button when the iron door is on, it toggles it off.
I think the circuit already in the game is good enough. But if they did add this it should be a block with input and output, not a button type.

Agreed. A condensed T-Flip-Flop block would be quite useful.

Actually from its description it sounds more like a Set-Reset Latch.
