My Idea is there should be half, quarter, and eighth blocks of EVERY block in the entire game. You cut them by putting the regular item down and right clicking it with the saw. Here is how you craft a saw: You can do this with diamond also. Iron can cut everything except obsidian and bedrock. So to cut a item into a half block you right-click a say, tnt block and it makes 2 1/2 TNT's. if you right click a half TNT it makes 2 1/4 blocks. Halfing a 1/4th block will make 2 eighth blocks. So say you could make a minecraft computer that is 1/8 the size of a previous one because of smaller blocks. This would allow for many types of things to be miniaturized. A diamond saw is just for cutting obsidian if you needed to. This could appeal to people who are trying to make many redstone contraptions smaller. Support and constructively criticize away!
