Deer (New Animal) Drops: Raw Deer Hide, Fur (Can Be Cooked) Runs Away When You are a 6 Block Radius From It. Same Health as a Cow.
Cave Miner: (New NPC Villager in Village) Sells Ores, Gems, and Stones, Only Found In Mine shafts 50% Chance to Find Him. Has a Stone Pickax on His Back. Same Health as a Villager. Ores are 3 Emerald or Higher no higher then 8. Gems are 5 Emerald, or Higher No Higher then 14. Stones are 2 Emerald, No Higher Then 6
Lumberjack: (New NPC Villager in Village) Sells Logs, Planks or Axes. Same Rarity as a Blacksmith Building. And Builds a Carpenter House
Any Logs (a Stack) = 2 Emerald| Wooden Planks (a Stack) = 1 Emerald| All Axes = 1 - 5 Emerald|
Carpenter:(New NPC Villager in Village) When right clicked it pulls a Menu of Buildings to Build by Paying Him Emerald. Simple House = 4 Emerald| Village Tower = 6 Emerald| Farm = 2 Emerald|Library = 5 Emerald| Same Health and Speed as Villager

Raw Rabbit Leg: 2.5 Heart Points, Can Be Cooked In a Furnace, 75% May Give Hunger Potion Effect
Cooked Rabbit Leg: 4.0 Heart Points Obviously Can Be Eaten
Raw Deer Hide: 2.5 Heart Points, Can Be Eaten 60% May Give Hunger Potion Effect. 30% Chance of Posion
Grilled Deer Hide: 4.5 Hunger Points
Fur: Obtained By Killing Rabbits
Fish Kabob: 5.0 Heart Points, Destroys Stick.
Fur Coat: Same Armor Durability as Leather, But Worse Armor Points as Chainmail and Better Then Leather.
Fur Boots: Same As Coat but Same Armor Points as Leather Boots
Meat Kabob: 5.0 Heart Points Destroys Stick
Rug: Barley pops up, (Pressure Pad Height)

Most of these have been suggested before, and this is basically a wishlist. I wouldn't think so if it was just the animal mobs and their drops but then you go on to kabobs and Villagers and what have you.
Also, this isn't exactly what I would call "detailed" For example, for the Cave Miner you only put items it trades. What about appearance, rarity, costs for buying and selling? Same with other mobs. What are their health, speed, attacks (if any). And your armor and food doesn't have any kind of stats.
