like the idea but russling leaves, northen lights and the like......way to graphics intence for most computers on top of the lag minecraft throws

I am for about 2/3 of these ideas, especially the nothern lights and mesa sunset. Those would make minecraft more beautiful or as beutiful as a video game can be.
I dont think any of the ideas I dont like would be game breakers but the ring of fire would be annoying and pointless. I guess it would help people who cant find nether fortresses but that's about it...

Don't worry about it. Ring of fire is rare, like the rest of them. You won't be seeing it too much.
I feel like this is stealing from terraria but I think that the blue moon should stop mob spawning, and then there would be a blood moon (red) which would increase mob spawning by 3x so you're basically forced to stay inside.

I understand your concern, but I'm not sure this would be as much of a problem for that as you think. But just in case, It should be toggleable.
