Weighted pressure plates send out a redstone signal when some items are laying
on it. Well how about weighted buttons? The idea is quite simple.
Instead of depending on the amount of items on it, the weighted buttons depend on the
amount of times it is pressed. The heavy button needs to be pressed A LOT to send
out a signal. The light ones only need to be pressed a few times to send out a
signal, thus making it similar to the pressure plates. Here's a picture that shows the buttons.
I don't get how this would be of any benefit to Minecraft. Please explain its uses.
I got an idea that might work better; the amount of arrows in a button. Perhaps these two buttons could send different redstone signals for the amount of arrows in them?

I agree, pressing a button lots of times is just annoying.
