I don't know about you guys but i LOVE food in minecraft. So i thought of some food ideas that would be useful and decorative in item frames or placable.
Food
Grapes- Fills 1 1/2 hunger, Crafted into Jam(Fills 2 hunger, just put Grapes in a crafting table and can make Bread with Jam) and Wine(Fills 1 hunger and gives small regeneration and nausea for 5 seconds, crafted by putting sugar, grapes, and a glass bottle in a bench). Grown in tilled soil. seeds are Grape Rods, which are crafted with sticks in a ladder form with 2 seeds in the remaining spots.
Cinnamon-Grown and kinda looks like sugar cane, but in tilled soil. you can't eat cinnamon whole, but you can craft cinnamon powder by putting it in a bench. Cinnamon powder is in Cinnamon Rolls, which is crafted by putting 2 cinnamon and 1 wheat in a cookie pattern. Cinnamon buns fill 2 1/2 hunger, but 1. Cinnamon should be a lot rarer than cocoa beans and sugar cane 2. Saturation is low.
Marshmallows-Easy recipe if you find a ton of sugar cane. Put 4 sugar in a box form in a bench. You get 4 marshmallows which heal 1/2 a heart but the saturation would be decent(because marshmallows are dense which makes marshmallows sit in your tummy longer) and you can make large quanities.
Drink
Apple Juice-Apple juice is crafted by putting a glass bottle, sugar, water, and an apple in a bench. Apple juice HEALS 2 hearts. Also you can make golden apple juice which can HEAL 4 hearts.
Vegetable Juice-This nutritious drink is crafted with a potato, a carrot and a glass bottle. This HEALS 3 hearts and adds a speed boost for 45 seconds.
im keeping drinks HEALTH wise. they only heal besides wine
Health wise seems fair.
Though, if drinks are implemented anyways, some food items would lose value in-game.
Ex.mushroom stew, melons, fish (cooked too) & cookies.

Grapes are only found in npc villages, which are kinda hard to find. and 2. it doesn't heal much and they DONT STACK

Like the ideas you 'like'! Thanks for reading
OT: I support all but drinks. Doesn't feel right to fill your hunger with drinks.
Well, drinks can have a high saturation rate.
Health wise seems fair.
