My new mob idea is upgrading a Supercharged Creeper when it gets struck by lightning again and it reaches a whole new level of power. It's stats are:
Name: Ultracharged Creeper
Hearts of health: 10 hearts
Armor Points: 0
Mob Type: Hostile
Damage from Attacks(no armor or resistance): 18 hearts
Item Drop: Gunpowder (again lol)
Purpose in-game: This mob can be mainly used in custom maps and can rarely be seen on personal servers and multiplayer servers. I think it will be a whole new level of adventure and adds a greater challenge to adventure servers. BTW, this creeper glows with a red energy instead of blue energy.
I've never even seen a charged creeper in normal survival, but I do know their destructive nature. I think charged creepers are already devastating enough.
This can be used to guard dungeons with epic loot in adventure maps and as I said, it would be super super rare for a creeper to get struck by lightning twice.
Oh no. A user with an overused creeper face avatar, with an old meme name who constantly uses the word "epic". Must... Suppress... Rage...
As for the idea, if it were physically possible, I'd give the idea 12.5 thumbs down. I don't see know in the hell this "ultracharged" creeper adds anything to the game at all. You know, because it's extremely rare for lightning to strike a creeper. The charged creepers are already powerful.
Take it into consideration for adventure maps and I know of the devastating damage a Supercharged Creeper can do. Imagine a number of Chests in a dungeon in an adventure map with multiple Golden Apples and Diamonds. At that point, I would start to think that these powerful mobs would be needed and of course these mobs would be deep into the map.
I've never seen a creeper get struck by lightning in Minecraft, let alone it get struck twice.
And besides, if you want a creeper that blows up even bigger than it already does, creepers can be edited to enlarge their blast radius. If that floats your boat.
As I said, Creeper Spawners can be modded in adventure or custom maps to create Supercharged Creepers then why not Ultracharged Creepers. I could add a special ability to this mob like the Mutant Creeper. I am telling you I can see this in custom maps within dungeons with astronomical amounts of loot.

I could also code this too, and well, to make the creeper pulse with red energy.
If all it does is explode bigger, mapmakers can edit a creeper in MCEdit or something to give it a bigger explosion already. And I've only seen a creeper get directly struck by lightning once. Once lightning missed a creeper but almost zapped my pig farm.(Luckily it was out of range.) A DOUBLE strike? Never going to happen.
Impossible? Near Impossible actually. If this happened, it would be astronomical odds but it's added in custom maps by modding spawners and codes. It could be in personal servers but it would be very slim odds.
This is honestly just a dumb idea. Charged creepers already are rare and do lots of damage. Custom map makers already have tools to increase damage done by mobs, there is no point to your mod then. No support.

There's absolutely no point in implementing a new prefix mob just for the sake of adventure maps. It just doesn't work that way. You can already use mods to edit the properties of a creeper.
For a mob to be added to vanilla, it should be unique. Giving the charged creeper a buff and calling it a new mob just doesn't cut it.
I may be mistaken but I believe with the new datatags it's now entirely possible to create spawners with your Ultra-charged creepers in tools like mcedit. As for adding this to vanilla, no support.

Tell me how I can improve this idea.
