The uncrafting feature has no good reason to exist. If you screw up and craft something you don't want, it's no one's fault but your own. The feature would also put a slight dent on exploring and stocking up on some resources.

I thought about this...the only way this could ever be added is to get like 1/5 back of what you made or something. So, a noteblock uncrafted would get you like 2 wood. A stone pick would give like 1 cobblestone, if you were lucky.
