Just thought I would make this suggestion in the suggestion forum. I suspect that this is an easy thing to add and it just makes sense. It would give a good use for something a little too fragile and flammable to be used as building material. Since there is so much of it it might have a lower energy value.
I wouldn't mind this if it was something like 1/4 of an item like colorfusion said. Although it does seem pretty pointless. If you are in the Nether you have huge amounts of Lava, and you only need one bucket.
