If set to Insane, you will find a LOT of ores and structures! This means NPC villages will appear all over the world and ores will be everywhere! They generate 8 times as much as normal. A single Desert biomes may end up with 0 to 16 pyramids and may even have 0 to 16 villages. Diamond ores would be generated 8 times per chunk. The frequency doesn't affect the size of ore clusters.
Setting frequency to 25% cause only 1 stronghold to be generated. Setting to 50% cause 1-2 strongholds to be generated. Normal 100% generates 3 stronghold. But if you set it to Insane, a total of 24 Strongholds will generate.
Frequency also determines the size of NPC village.

-Abandoned Mineshafts
-Desert Temples
-Jungle Temples
-Nether Fortress
-Desert Well
It also affects Nether generation. Setting to Insane will cause Nether Fortress to appear 8 times as more often as normal.
I like the idea of changing the rarity of structures (I'm not so sure about ores, they're all ready rather abundant). If I were to make a few suggestions, they would be as follows:
- This new system should not affect stronghold spawning (the three are already enough)
-I like the idea, but only up to 200% (if you had 300%, maybe that too). 800% spawn increase seems a little ridiculous to me. I suppose if you wanted a plains biome to become New York City or something like that...
-As I said earlier, I'm not so sure about ores. I think that changing their spawn rate might affect the game a little too much.
Otherwise, I like this idea. It has potential, if not as a setting, then at least as a mod of some type. Anyone else care to share their input. (You like that little rhyme there? What? No?)
