This was just a random thought that popped into my head and I'd love to see what everyone else thinks about this. It's just a suggestion that would make bookcases way more interesting especially in adventure maps.
The idea: To store a small amount of items (or just books) in bookcases.
At first I was thinking just be able to right click a bookcase with a finished book (one that's done being written) and that one book would be stored in whichever bookcase you store it in. But then it got me thinking that in adventure maps, it would be cool to hide buttons or levers in bookcases to make players have to search libraries and studies to find the keys to other areas of castles and such.
Maybe right clicking bookcases brings up a very mini chest (like 6 slots)?
Please give your opinions because this is just a random thought I had that I think would be very interesting addition.
I guess it could be a good addition, but chests do already offer quite a lot of space. Besides, how many books do you fill up during your Minecraft gameplay? I just don't see the point, but I guess it could be a kind of secret thing (If you wanted to hide something).

Good point. I also did not think that one user, especially in single player, would have the time to fill up a ton of books, which is why I said it would be best for adventure maps with the ability to put items that aren't just books in there.

Perhaps the size of the dispenser? Is that 3x3? I think 9 spaces is plenty, to be honest.
