I would like to make a suggestion for older minecraft players. For anyone else that played way back then like, for an example beta 1.3, and liked an older version other than the current version of minecraft then you will probably agree with me on what I'm about to suggest. My suggestion is to have an option on the launcher to select a older patch of minecraft, but, not like a early version of that patch. What I mean is lets say minecraft was currently in patch 1.5 and the last update for 1.4 was 1.4.5 and you wanted to go back to patch 1.4. So people couldn't abuse the bugs of earlier versions of that patch then they could only select patch 1.4.5. But instead of just patch 1.4 they could choose a patch from beta versions or alpha versions.
This is just a general Idea of what I would think the layout would look like
This is just an idea that I thought would be cool, not something that I actually expect to be implemented. Just post what you guys think. Thanks.
