Eh, why not. There still aren't many good, realistic command suggestion threads.
I'm not so sure about /record, but I'll still add it and let the viewers decide.
P.S. Thanks for digging this thread back up, I had completely forgotten about it.
EDIT: Updated the current commands list, and added a bunch of new commands, in addition to cleaning up the categories a little.
Added /head, /lore, /name, and /record.
Added more gamerules- adventureBlocks, allowExplosions, anvilRename, anvilRepair, consumeItems, and fallDamage.
Added an adventure mode system (instead of previous gamerule thing)- the parameters include break, breakTool, craft, place, and use.
Added two more command block arguments- h (hunger) and n (name).
Added four more command block selectors- @mp, @mp, @mr, and @mf (mob selectors)
Changed the region protection system to make it a little more like WorldGuard.
Made a distinction between mandatory parameters (brackets) and optional parameters (parentheses).
I would like to see an argument for the scoreboard that allows you to store the x, y, and z positions (preferably individually)of a player so that you can either keep track of the player's distance traveled or perhaps to insure that the player hasn't left an area. I think it would be very useful to map makers as well as allowing server admins that run vanilla survival to stop people from idling for too long without the need for mods/plugins.
Though something similar can be done using the /testfor command as sethbling proved in one of his but it requires a lot more command blocks than is needed if you could just keep track of players' coordinates via variables.

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Eventually, someone will, utterly by accident, click my reputation up.
That was a pretty serious necro there, Kusinagii, but fair enough. I guess I'll have to start updating this again. When we stopped about 4 months ago, the command list had gotten pretty out of control, so I've got a bit of work to do...
EDIT: Fixed it up and updated to 1.6. Removed a couple redundant commands and added a section for scoreboard commands.
Since you're still accepting new command suggestions
/smite <player> - Strikes the target player with lightning
/time - Although this already has a function, I just wish that by typing /time into the chat, it would show the current time in Minecraft (command can only be used in creative)
Sorry about that, Kusinagii. When I saw your post, I was really busy, and wasn't too happy to see this thread brought back. However, after some sleep, I feel a lot better and would be happy to continue this thread.

/smite -- We've got /lightning already
/time -- Added it to the /time section under "Touch-Ups and New Commands"; Added you and Kusinagii to the contributors section.
BTW, what is the point of /bring? Couldn't you use /spawnmob?
