Hi, this is my first dimension suggestion and I want to make this fresh and clean.
So the Builders' Dimension is like the superflat world with very low hills and generation of natural and man-made structures such as skyscrapers, bridges, rivers, historical landmarks, and lots of cities including Houston, New York, Miami, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
To build the portal, you need Brick and Flint and Steel.
. . . wouldnt be bad if we could create a build, set it to schematic and minecraft use it as a pattern and create builds around the world using it as a base (not a perfect copy, but using the schematic to make similar builds of the kind . . I know its not an easy programming to be done but it is quite possible if the code that check the schematic can recognize what is a door, window and external walls, then inside walls would be much more problematic because it would have to slice the build in several parts using the inside walls as separation marks and still make it always possible to go to every room, what mean to dont create rooms without door or with a door right at a wall, what make it also harder but also not impossible)
yes, a lot of crap could come out of this as minecraft would have to be with a hell of a great code to do it good so it could come as an option when you create your world or activation through command to allow such kind of build to exist.
yes, no support because thats no need for a different dimension. the idea of having larger builds and more builds at mc villages isnt bad but you dont need another dimension for that also, minecraft is about creating and mining, if you dont want to mine and have everything you want already built, then minecraft is just a little walk in the park till you get easily bored with it.

Since it would take a long time to build it alone, this can carry very good designs!
