I was just kinda staring at the sky in Minecraft earlier when a very random thought struck me. It's really simple and is purely aesthetic. I was thinking rather than clouds having a set layer (which is currently 127), they should rather drift across multiple layers, adding a bit of realism. A range of maybe 115 to 128 and the occasionally from 128-255, becoming less and less (and also losing opacity) as the altitude rose, making layers above 127 ever so slightly more interesting. An option could be implemented in the video settings to have this on or off, meaning if it were off, it would be the normal 127 only cloud layer spawn.
Feedback is appreciated.
