I'm curious to see what kinds of new blocks people would like to see made. I know I've always wanted to see dirt / grass stairs and slabs so running over plains biomes wouldn't be so. . . jumpy.
I would also love to see crafted spikes (a simple triangle of steel bars maybe) that would be used to enhance falling damage, or do a minor tick when walking over them. I'm a big fan of creating dungeons and dragons style dungeons so spikes would come in handy, especuially when combined with sticky pistons.
I think doors that are 2 wide, 3 high to create large doors for keeps / castles / barns etc.would be really cool to have in game too.
Lastly, I would love to see more furniture implemented into the game too. Chairs, Tables, etc.
Mud and silt that generate in swamps
Hay bales that are made from wheat
Coal block, and redstone block for storage
Soul sand glass and soul glass panes that resist ghasts.
Tables / Chairs / Couches made from all four types of wood.
Carpet blocks that act like the snow layer made from wool
Dirt bricks / Sand bricks / Mud bricks for easy village building
Smooth marble / marble bricks / marble stairs / marble slabs
Nether marble (Darker than stone, found in large underground patches like dirt and gravel)
Broken obsidian which falls and takes forever to break (good for traps on multiplayer)
Placeable pumpkin pie, so it makes sense and goes along with cake well
Slimeball block, that acts like a cobweb, but slightly weaker
Stone door, that acts like wood door, but zombies cannot break it.
Nether Brick Half-Slabs
Stone Brick, Sandstone, and Brick Walls
Birch, Spruce, and Jungle Wood Doors, Fences, and Fence Gates
Coal (Could also be used as fuel) and Redstone Storage Blocks
Apple crops (Like Cocoa Bean Pods)
