Please don't bring religion into minecraft. Anyway, thanksgiving is mostly celebrated only in the US, so it isn't an 'international' festival like halloween. Making an update out of it wouldn't be justifiable.

Thanksgiving.. Thanksgiving isn't a religious holiday... It's origins are religious I guess but the celebration has nothing to do with religion
Anyways, I don't want any of those ideas in Minecraft to be honest. Chickens serve to do basically anything a turkey could do (Feathers/meat). And I don't want more villages, unless they consider adding pigmen villagers like we originally thought. Campfires aren't a bad idea but furnaces make more sense. I'd rather build my own campfires with sideways logs and a lit netherrack at the middle.

Thanksgiving isn't a religious holiday, a memorial type holiday of thanks.
Also, Halloween isn't international either.
As for this idea, no support. To much of the ideas are based off of thanksgiving which would make them unfitting for the rest of the year. Not to mention, Thanksgiving is less than a month away, which would rush the 1.5 update.

Suggestion: Thanksgiving update!
Featuring:
Turkeys
Turkey meat
Pilgrims
Pilgrim villages
Campfires?
Maybe more
Good idea?
Turkeys might be cool, but they would be quite unnecessary.
Campfires might be cool(or warm, I guess) but torches/flint and steels/netherrack/furnaces can do everything a campfire could possibly do.
All of the suggestion probably have a mod for them anyway, or could be achieved with a texture pack.
