Hello, I have a GREAT suggestion for you guys today, and it is something called CEMENT.
Now there are stone slabs. Say you were making mod-less roads. You had only a car mod. If you were placing the sidewalk, it would take a really long time because of placing SLABS. Now, this idea will make it way easier.
Say hello to CEMENT! (applause) Now cement is the same as two stone slabs stacked together in-world. The slabs also there too. But there's one thing forgotten... Stairs! Yes! Stairs! It would be way easier to use sidewalks because you wouldn't have to press Space every time the road was going up.

I agree completely with the first part of this sentence, except for the "Great" part.

So... this suggestion is good because it adds to the integrity of car mods..?

Now, I noticed you had the word "applause" in parentheses in your post here. However, I heard nothing of the sort. When I turned my head to see behind me, I only saw a silent, confused audience wondering why cement would be such a good addition. We're all still in this state of confusion.
Support? Reason optional. No? Gimme a reason.
Despite my sarcasm here, it's not the worst idea, but what fresh thing does it add? Why is this better than any other type of stone, or at least smooth stone? Apart from the car mod thing.

Hey, you there. Yes, you! Are you thinking about posting a suggestion on the forums anytime soon? If so, please read this before doing so.
If two slabs (one full block) make up your path, then why don't single slabs (half of a block, and completely able to walk up without jumping) make up your stairs? This is a silly idea which can be accomplished already.

Also, if you are placing slabs that are going to be ground level, you can aim at the top half of the block you are placing it against and it will be placed on the top half of the block, so you don't even need to jump or do anything like that. So I see no point in adding this.

I am a PE user and that's very hard but I mean actual blocks. You should read the whole idea.

Opinions.

No, to save time while making sidewalks.

Well, it's because sidewalks are made out of cement, not stone. I don't see the point why stone slabs are on Minecraft.

PE user.
Do you see the problem? You're on an iPhone/Android; a very small touch screen, one of the most buggy yet cool innovations ever to come out of human society. In the PC version (which is what this sub forum itself is meant for) placing slabs isn't hard.

You just proved my point by saying that. You don't wanna go around saying your suggestion is "great" because not everyone will agree with that, and it can showcase overconfidence. Of course you think your suggestion is great because you're the one who thought it up.
No, to save time while making sidewalks.
Dude, you're losing me here. "Save time"? How does it save time? You didn't actually fully explain that part.

You're joking right? Maybe it's because players can have the luxury of more variety with half slabs and decorations, just like ALL other types of half slabs? You haven't given us anything, all you said is "I suggest cement because it's good for sidewalks and car mods!" Sidewalks can also be made with other types of stone in the game already. What makes your suggestion interesting and original?
So yeah.
Okay? You didn't actually defend or further explain your suggestion just now...

You can already make cement with the different stone blocks. At least, acts and works like cement.
