Ever been building a redstone contraption and found that a gate of some kind you needed would not fit? Maybe a compact gate would have helped! Basically these are redstone logic gates compacted into a single block. Note that I'm not one of those people who complain "Argh, redstone make head hurt! Redstone need be more easy!" In fact, I don't even think gates are needed that badly. This is more just discussing your thoughts on the concept. I thought of a few gates that might be useful if a super compact version was added to vanilla Minecraft. The gates listed in the poll are:
The NOT gate
The NOT gate is basically a compact version of the easily made redstone NOT gate, or redstone inverter. If the input is on, the output is off. If the input is off, the output is on. Simple enough?
The AND gate
The AND gate basically does this: If all inputs are on, the output is on. If only some, or none of inputs are on, the output is off.
The XOR gate
When the XOR gate recieves an odd number of inputs, the output is on. But when it recieves an even number of inputs, the output is off.
The T-Flip Flop gate
The T-Flip Flop gate is pretty straightforward. When it recieves input, the output is toggled.
Redstone Crossing gate (suggested by Tizorna)
Simply allows two redstone wires to cross each other at a single point. No idea what to call it.

Good idea, that makes sense.
Make A Compact Version of a Simple Bypass Like this?
Can't believe I didn't think of that.
