Obviously I had a BIG idea. When checking TMF (Total Miner: Forge) I seen a mode UNLIKE any other! Dig Deep!
Dig Deep is a mode in which you're job is to survive AND dig as deep as possible. I wonder if this mode is a good idea in Minecraft? Only the Moderators/Admins can tell.

Released: Total Miner: Forge about 2010?
Difficulty: Harder than Survival
Features: Blueprints (scrolls already added but is also in this mode), Depth moniter, Lack of Hunger bar (possible), 2015 block depth, Shops at spawn zone, lava pools (around 700 depth and at 2013 depth), New difficulty: Legendary, Increased Ore maximums due to lower depth.
Since this mode is not tested in Minecraft we are unsure about the results.
Possible release date in Minecraft: January 2013 - May 2013. (Updated)
Bug fixes required: Problem with improper mining on last use of a pickaxe.
Size (estimated): 3-7 MB
New landscape types: Continental, Archepalgo. (Random is compatable with Dig Deep)
Please check if this mode is ok for Minecraft. You CANNOT switch from Dig deep to Survival or Creative.
After this mode is inserted Minecraft will be complete!
Not unless we can get things like adamantium, mythril, and have to contend with forgotten beasts and balrogs. I keep saying this game needs balrogs and colossi, but nobody ever makes a mod for them.
