I think a cool biome would be the Garden of Eden. It would occur maybe once or twice per map and therefore is incredibly hard to find. Once found it would contain all sorts of trees and towers, all of which bearing fruit and a central tree with golden apples. What do yall think
Yeah, I guess its not super game changing, it could also give more room for mojang to add mobs maybe a guardian type mob just for this area since it obviously would be very treasured. I support this.

Yeah a guardian mob woul dbe cool. Make him look like an Anubis warrior or a Angel. But have him taller than the enderman.
I was thinking and some other Ideas would be that it would have some sort of an enchanting bonus that would allow even more powerful enchantments while in the area of the biome (kinda like the beacon). Another thought would be to have somesort of a portal to the Aether, which could only be found in the garden, if mojang decides to implement it to the game.
I was thinking and I think it would be cool if the garden was located like in a valley between extremely high mountains that are snowcapped and the like. The grass would be as green and as vibrant as the jungle grass. The trees would be more colorful and vivid. There could also be catacombs beneath the gardens which would finally find a decent use for the mob heads. There would be a fountain that would heal you fully and give you a strength bonus. There could be parts where normal minecraft physics don't seem to apply (farlands anybody?) \. But lastly It would provide protection and security from those who seek to destroy you.
At a hard two spawns per world there is no way this is worth adding. Here is some math to help explain some things:
The playable area of a world is 30,000,000 blocks away from 0,0,0 on the X and Z axes. That means the total flat playable area is 60,000,000 by 60,000,000 blocks, or 3,600,000,000,000,000 square blocks. If you make convert this to square chunks (16x16 blocks, or 256 blocks of flat playable area), it leaves you with a total of 14,062,500,000,000 chunks that you can play on. (Source 1, Source 2)
Knowing that, and knowing that a biome on a regular world can range from ~150 chunks to ~400 chunks (based on my own research of making a default world, exploring several biomes in creative mode, then opening the world in MCEdit and looking at it in chunk view), you can say that the average biome is about 275 chunks. This means that on a normal world, there are about 51136363636 different biomes in any one world generation (found by taking the number of chunks in a world and dividing it by average biome size in chunks).
This means if this biome occurs twice per world, That means that these 2 biomes would account for .00000000391% of the total world surface area. And on person playing with Far Render distance, there are 10,816 chunks loaded at any one time, meaning the player can only load .000000076% of the world at any one time.
So, in summation, a player has a better chance of being struck by lightning several times before even being slightly close to loading a chunk that has this biome in it.

Safe biomes with infinite food, that are extremely rare. Sound familiar to anyone?
*cough* Mushroom Islands *cough*

When will Minecraft stop updating? When pigs fly over the frozen plains of hell, twice in a blue moon, while Taylor Swift sings a song called, "Maybe I'm the Problem".

Not that I support this based on the cheesy factor and rarity factor, the big difference between "Eden" and Mushroom Islands is that Eden wouldn't look like crap.

Although, floating garden of eden islands that are very rare (but not impossible to find) would be a pretty awesome alternative.
