I was playing Skyrim one time and realised, Minecraft should have jewellary... Enchanted Jewellary!
My idea is if you go to a blacksmith a "RARE" trade is a jewel (eg: Ruby) and then you can craft a necklace or ring, (power depends on materials they are crafted with) and then you can enchant that (seperate enchants from tools and armor) and then you get a buff when you wear the jewellary, it has limited uses and when the durability goes down the power of the buff decreases. If they implement this (probably not) they NEED to make it so it is not over-powered!
