Alright, so you know how people make redstone clocks ingame, but they take up a bunch of space and can fail?
Why not create a mod or block for an update that does the same thing? It would take much less space, have settings to go faster or slower, and wouldnt break like many clocks do.
What would guys think of this being created?

can you expand upon this and provide support about why this would be helpful in the game?

How do redstone clocks take up a bunch of space?
And they DON'T fail, in fact.
It's just a simple repeater/torch loop, and it isn't affected by any updates since it's so simple.
If you want a redstone clock that sends a pulse every hour (for some weird reason), use a dispenser clock.
