Ok ok, what is it this time?
As if I make countless of these... Anyway. What I want to suggest here is 9 ajustable shout-outs, that would be a nice solution if you don't have the time to type, or want to keep things disclosed from the chat. Those Shout-outs are ajustable on the main page and can be activated by pressing the numbers on the NumPad (the other 9 numbers already represent a quick-select feature on the items in your action bar)
Why would I want this, doesn't it lead to annoyance?
Technically anything can be used to cause annoyance, and it is true that abuse of this would be really annoying. However, it's more frustrating if you request for help or other things, and then have to type it. Using the numpad Shout-outs, which only requires 1 press of a button, you can say anything you want. Those can be usefull things, like requesting help, reporting you found something (and don't want to share it over the chat in case of competition), signalling where you are, quickly responding a positive/negative comment, or anything else you may find usefull.
How do I make my own?
This change will add a new sounds folder with default sounds, like the default skin. If you are offline, or the internet connection failed to transfer data, you will use the default messages. However, you can upload up to 9 .ogg files, just like you can with your profile skin, and those will play whenever you press the matching button, let alone that the others who hear it have no connection issues as well.
Isn't there a voice chat feature called Skype...?
Skype is something rather personal and can be used for mallicious purposes. This will still lead to anonymosity, and shout-outs do not have to be your speech. Also, it's rather annoying to just add strangers who play on the same server/Lan group, for the sole purpose of better communication. Also, as skype is a different program, it may drain unnecessarily fps performance and shares a part of your connection.

You want to be a dragon? Well, then you need to have wings, a passion to hoard, and have a deadly breath.
Oh, and did I forgot to tell you dragons are extremely territorial? ROAWR >:)

You're suggesting something which is both unneeded and complex.
No support, sorry.
Also, when under attack, do you fancy taking the time to chat if you need help?
