The posts count just tells how active someone has been somewhere in the past on the forum.
This can indicate more experience, but does not have to, and despite a high count the person might have been active since a longer period and things have changed - you're yourself a good example for that:
You apparently posted in the wrong forum.
On top of that, your title tells basically nothing.
The topic should already become clear when someone reads its title.
"New Idea For Mod Or Better In-Game!" could mean anything, even an idea that actually isn't new.
You might have over 200 posts, but for the most part you don't seem to know where and how to post a proper suggestion.
And the suggestion rules and guidelines didn't really change since the last year - i've previously also been almost inactive a year myself.
Good work writing that have fun next time doing that.
