Here are some Enchantments i thought of
Armor Enchantments: Thornmail (Chestplate Only)
-When Attacked The Attacking Entity Would Recieve Half of the Damage it would deal. (does not count buffs from potions and Enchantments e.g Someone Drinks Potion of Strength I and would deal an extra heart. so he strikes you with a wooden sword. rather you would receive the damage from the wooden sword, and you wouldn't receive the extra heart damage.) Starts with a 10% Chance. Every level increases that chance by 5% Max Level: IV (Maximum Chance: 30%) Note: This Does not count ranged attacks, or damage from potions, or enchants. only melee attacks would be considered) this is only compatible with Protection.
Potions: Potion of Contamination
-When Drank or Received Via Splash Potions. Effected Entity will receive half a heart damage and will have the inability to sprint. for 5 seconds The Effect may Spread if another entity stays close to it for 7 seconds. if the effected entity is a Villager/Player and dies, it will rise as a zombie. effect is cured by drinking milk. there would be a highly noticeable particle/aura around effected entity, warning others to stay away. Potion of Contamination II
-Same Effects as ^ but will receive a heart damage. will have a slower walking speed. and it will spread if another entity will stay close to it for 5 seconds.
These are the only things i can think of, feel free to state your opinion.
I like Thornmail. I shall add that to the enchantment list.

-When Damage is Inflicted With This Enchantment Via a Bow or Sword, There is a 10% Chance that the Target will be "Crippled" and will walk slower, and would deal half a heart of damage,(Meaning Unless you have a Sword or Weapon, Your punches will only deal half a Heart). Also if the hit is a Critical Hit. the Effects will double. (You Will Move MUCH Slower, and will deal No Damage With your Punches unless you have a Weapon)

Stun 2: 1 heart lost per second
Stun 3: 1 1/2 hearts lost per second
Stun 4: 2 hearts lost per second
Stun 5: 2 1/2 Hearts lost per second
Stun 6: 3 hearts lost per second
Stun 7: 3 1/2 hearts lost per second
Stun 8: 4 hearts lost per second
Stun 9: 4 1/2 hearts lost per second
Stun 10: 5 hearts lost per second
Dude. Not very original, and also, max enchantment level of 10!?!
Ok got a few more ideas, sorry a bit late but well:
Reflection Shield:
-Chestplate Enchant
-Effect for each level: 10% Chance to reflect any sort of projectiles back to the oponent.
-Enchant level 1 is unommon
-Enchant level 2 is very uncommon
Max Enchant Level: 2
Shockwave:
-Boots Enchant
-Not combineable with Feather Falling
-Incompatible aswell to Protection IV, Protection III
-3 Enchant Levels
-Very uncommon enchant
-Effect for level 1: Casts a small explosion doing 0.5 hearts damage to near mobs/players when receiving fall damage, effect starts working at 4 blocks fall height, each 2 blocks from that starting limit grant 0.5 hearts more explosion damage, limit is set with 5 hearts damage, so if you fall 22 blocks deep you are dead but you also damaged all nearby mobs/players. Personal note I hope you got that right, hard to explain if english isnt first language :/
-Effect for level 2: Effect from level 1 + Nearby mobs and players are ignited for 3 seconds
-Effect for level 3: Effect from level 1, 2 and in addition mobs and players receive knockback equal to knockback I
Repulsion:
Bow enchant:
-Max enchant level: 1
-Effect: Shooting arrows gives you a repulsion effect, means you are "jumping" 8 blocks backwards, usefull to get distances to creepers, players or if aimed on ground, reaching higher area.
-Uncommon Enchant
Also updated Corrosion Aspect for swords I suggested earlier:
-Sword enchant:
-Max Enchant levels: 2
-As common as fire aspect
-Effect for each level: 3 Armor durability points for each gets destroyed on enemies armor on each hit instead of one. That way other players most likely loose armor while combat
-Incompatible to fireaspect
Poison Catalyst Potion:
Indigrent: No idea yet, something rare maybe... maybe a mushroom stem block, means requires silk touch
Upgradeable to Level II effect? No
Extendable Duration? No
Needed potion to craft: Splash Potion of Harming II
Effect: If this potion hits a mob the mob becomes Poison Catalyst for 2:30 minutes: Each other mob/player enclosing it till 3 blocks distances receives a Posion II effect for 8 seconds. Poison Catalyst does not show any visible "bubbles", means you wont notice if a mob or player got that effect. This effect basicly allows "infecting" mobs near for instance a faction base. If the faction members leave base to get wood, or start a raid or whatever they would get infected and weakened, so others can ambush them easilier.
Additional note: Poison Catalyst Effect only applies to one mob hit by it so you cant mass infect animals.

That's the point to make them strange, makes it so it's unique, anyways thanks for replying.
Also now that I look back at it, the duration is a bit long.
Why is the Smelting enchantment only for pickaxes and shovels? I would love to have an axe that smelts logs into charcoal when cut. Plus this would keep the running theme of giving all three gathering tools the same enchantment.
P.S. I know Cacti aren't technically axe-related, but perhaps the Smelting enchantment would allow them to drop Cactus Green instead.

Growth (Max Lv. III): When hoeing the grass 5% of the time a small tree will appear, if on sand a 2 block tall cactus, if stone a red/brown
mushroom. Each level is a 5% of this happening. When hoeing the ground it uses up 10 durability.
Fishing Rod Enchantments:
Magnet (Max Lv: IV): Able to find items when fishing, 30% of the time. Lv. I can only get plant/small items Lv. II can also get nature blocks, Lv. III can get tools, and Lv. IV can get enchanted items.
Hookshot (Max Lv: I): When you hook on a mob instead of the mob going to you when you reel it in, you go to the mob. Also if the line can only extend 15 blocks, if the mob goes more than 15 blocks away, you will start getting pulled to it.
Enchantings for Carrot on a Stick?
Unbreaking makes sense, other things might influence the pig, like, making it faster, or able to walk on water, or even fly short distances
Also, potions:
- Water Breathing: brewed with raw fish.
- Water Walking: brewed with a lily pad (yes, i stole that idea somewhere else). Extend it with redstone, or enhance with glowstone, allowing you to walk on lava without burning as well.
- Slow Fall: recieve less fall damage -> survive falls from greater heights, twice as high or even higher. Crafted with a golden feather (feather+8 nuggets), since regular feathers are too common, and increasing the survivable height by only 25% or so would be lame.
- Climbing: "spiderman mode", all vertical surfaces work like ladders or vines. No idea what ingredient, though. Non-fermented spider eye? spider silk? slimeball?
- Iron Flesh: just increases your armor rating. Ingredient: iron bar.
- Poison resistance: prevents poisoning by cave spider. Ingredient: milk, or maybe potion of poison+fermented spider eye?
- Fire Breath: shoot fireballs out of your mouth i.e. you get a ranged attack without a bow. Won't harm blazes. Ingredient: Fire Flower (Red flower+blaze powder). Maybe also frost breath, by using a snowball instead of the blaze powder.
Those are really good ideas but there needs to be a counter against cripple because if you got that on a PvP server that would probably be a bit OP. I support

Venom - Chance to deal poison effect for 10 seconds upon impact.
Higher tiers increase this chance and the duration of the poison effect by a couple of seconds.
Conflicts with the flame enchantment.
