As always, I am too impatient to read the stickys for "already posted" suggestions so forgive me this one as I wanna share.
I am suggesting a redstone transmitter, with the capabality to transmit a signal from one transmitter to another transmitter (or receiver) which can be linked in-game via channels ... so u can send signals over a significant distance and not compromise the structural integrity of ur base making redstone wiring...
Benefits are:
-Save space
-Save time
-Less complex circuitry
-Save resources
Cons are:
-Might be seen as "too simple" by the die-hards
Thoughts?
Edit: also, this wouldn't replace redstone circuitry, due to the fact redstone must still be used to make repeater-clocks, delay-circuits and logic gates. It merely removes the necessity to make gigantic circuit paths throughout ur base to reach that oneee lever u have on that third floor of ur building; as an example
I think it should be made an actual part of the game base... I suppose I'll make my own mod of it that is worthy of note by the creators so they can add it in as is
