i think the lan should be for like a code that you could tell a friend and they can join i mean wut if you has 1 computer but ure fried has a full account too and he/she wants to play juest make it a code pls it would be helpfull.
Lemme explain LAN for you.
LAN is a Local Area Network. (Which is why it's called LAN)
LAN only works on the same network, so, if guy1 is on a LAN server, and on network1, guy2 can get on his server if they are on network1, but not network2
So, this cannot work.
Spelling and Grammar would help you know.
The following are not words, correctly spelled, or use proper grammar:
i i wut 1 ure fried juest pls helpfull
I've seen you post other useless garbage posts here too.
ok ok jease ill stop posting sugjuestions for god sake no one seams to like them ok im not a ****ing computer jeanuse and i am not good with spelling on my account of fast typing!

It's not that people don't like this idea, it's that it's impossible using your exact terminology. I agree that this would be a convenient feature, but LAN is not the way that this would be accomplished.
Slow down typing and make less mistakes. I type at about 80WPM and how many spelling mistakes do I have? None.

The problem isn't so much that you don't know what LAN means, but that you suggested something without knowing what you were talking about. Also slow down if your fast typing causes your posts to be nearly incomprehensible.
On the topic of the idea, you would need to set up a server. You could rent one that only holds a few people, then whitelist it so only people you approve can connect to it.

Retired StaffThis kind of system probably will exist ( or will be created through a mod ) at a later date, but it is not at all relevant to LAN.
Also, speaking full, proper English is very helpful.

@Syfaro
i wish for there to be no more server with port-forwarding or hamatchi or that stuff just a code or # to connect.
i would like for this because it takes too much time and is very confusing!
ex- guy1 is on network 1
and guy 2 is on network 2
they join and have fun!
BUT what if theres 500 other guys in lets say Canada
and they all join?
In full LAN only works on 1 network...
You could just join a server (small) with your friend and play...
IF THATS NOT IT!
you just want to type in a number and BAM! instant SERVER!
well to do that you must pay a server host a monthly payment for a server like that
The cheapest I have found is for 3 people for 3 or so dollars a month..
SUPPORT THEM!!!!! (also if your a new please click on the picture)
