Remember, way back in the day, skeletons had purple arrows? Now, mobs have a chance of spawning with armor, and zombies have a chance of spawning with swords. Well, how about skeletons have a chance of spawning with enchanted arrows that when they hit you, you get poisened, and you can tell they are poisened arrows by having purple arrows. Now, we finally have something to do with the purple arrows!
There is a (very small) chance that a skeleton will drop an enchanted bow. I think that's good enough for me.
I think enchantments on arrows are a little iffy, since there would be a max of 64 uses for one enchantment. That seems a little low for me. There are many enchantments you could put on an arrow if they were enchantable, but the only enchantment I'd like to see on arrows is:
<Seeking I-IV> Arrow will move 5 times the level number in degrees left or right out of true to hit a mob.
While in flight it checks for a mob in range every few ticks, so there might be the problem of it going back and forth between two mobs and missing both. Oh well, inherent flaw to nerf it slightly.
Maybe not poison, but perhaps a half heart damage increase?
Lapis.

I am a terrible shot.
