I googled Boron Nitride. Apparently, diamonds with a hexagonal structure have been discovered that are stronger than Boron Nitride. Let's just say all diamonds in Minecraft have a hexagon structure so we don't have to add anything new to the game.

This is a signature. There should be something here....
Oh wait! There is!

this is not the first form of Boron Nitride. google wurtzite boron nitride
1. idk how you'd get it
2. this is in the suggestion thread.
If it is supposed to be added, then you need to tell us the basic properties of the item and what it does, mojang can't just add something because someone said so.
I'M ONLY GOING TO SAY THIS ONCE. THIS IS THE SUGGESTION THREAD AND I POSTED A SUGGESTION.
Since you're new here, let me just give this bit of advice:
Vague concept =/= suggestion.
If you want your ideas taken seriously, you best flesh out your ideas as much as you can. Where would we get them? What would it do?
Why would we want this? Does this really fit in with Minecraft as it stands?
Ask yourself these questions before posting a suggestion. If you just drop a name or concept without any substance to it, it ain't gonna end well for ya.
First of all, meteorites aren't an ore, they come from space.
Second, most meteorites are made of basically just rock, or nickle/iron, which is not harder than diamond in the slightest
You're wrong there, tentacruel. They have actually found crystals within meteorites that are harder than diamond.
Learn your facts before posting something like that.

The meteorite is not an ore, not even a single substance itself, though.
Clarify before posting something like that.
Not to mention your meteorites are irrelevant entirely.

Technically, those crystals already were diamond (or at least a variant of carbon, like Diamonds are) and the sample they found was "too small to test hardness", so that might have given a false impression of just how hard it actually is.

http://www.msnbc.msn...s/#.UC_qr91lQf4 i rest my case. And any form of crystallized carbon isn't exactly diamond. That's like saying the graphite in your pencil is diamond.
I hate people who complain. I hate spiders. I hate people who own an Xbox One. I hate people who like sandbox games. I hate people who like first person shooters. I hate people who like explosions. I hate people who like video games. I hate people who are hateful. I hate people that don't like spam. I hate people who like cake. I hate people who type in proper grammar and spell words properly on the internet. I hate hypocrites.

If this were ever to be implemented into minecraft you would have to explain at least the basics of the properties of this.
Oh wait! There is!
If you really want a tool that lasts longer than diamond, than just enchant a diamond pick and hope you get Unbreacking.
So you're suggesting what? That meteorites should come crashing down from the sky sometimes?

I would love it if you checked out my "about me" page on my profile and looked at my threads
I'm always happy to see new posters.
I also made a topic about meteorites.
