Hello,
Okay, this may have been suggested, but a quick search did not turn anything up. I remember people suggesting horse-pulled carts before, but if they are not possible, could there be any chance for wooden carts? I was at a local Renaissance Faire yesterday, and noticed some staff pulling these period-looking wooden carts on wheels (in this case for hauling garbage). I seem to recall seeing pictures of similar carts being depicted in period time hauling wheat, hay, ect. Anyway, they have a single axle, and will be pulled by hand using a metal (or wood) handle. They could be very useful for long distance hauling, when stripping out an old mine for example, very far from home to add to your inventory. Just a thought. Any thoughts (pos. or neg.) are welcome (unless they just mock the idea, in which case, don't bother, please).
They Should make your normal speed at sneak speed but with much more inventory
That's pretty much redundant. Sneaking is incredibly slow. I would transport much more stuff by making multiple trips by foot than I would with a cart.

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
Ho ho ho, don't say "wheels don't fit", because there are snowballs.
But Snowballs are just sprites, not actual 3D models.
Anyway, the idea isn't bad, but it isn't that needed either. There are quite a few ways to get a load of items from one place to another already:
Simply going back and forth on foot, preferably with a Potion of Swiftness (II).
Using a Minecart with Chest.
Setting up Enderchests at Point A & B.
Though if this idea did come true, I'd recommend that a Potion of Strength can pull the cart faster, and a Potion of Strength II pulls it even faster than the previous potion.
I hadn't really considered the whole speed thing, interesting point. I normally would have just considered using minecarts, but I have lately been expanding far beyond my own tunnels and traveling overland, stripping out a mountain, and then returning home, so building lots of track isn't really practical. Hadn't really considered Enderchests though. I've never done anything with them before. Definitely some new things to consider!
Minecart Chests are fine for this function. Of course it takes tracks to make them work, but that's part of the cost to use them. Otherwise they would be broken. You could argue that a storage mine cart can't be used when exploring new areas, but that is by design. If you are exploring you either have to be frugal, work with other players, drop supply cache chests that you can revisit later, or Enderchests if you have the resources.

I agree!
This expands your inventory, but makes you slower.
It should ignore Swiftness potions when you're using it, so there's no way to speed up.
This could be nice, but of fairly limited use, in my opinion.
I am ninja'd far too often.
I like this idea, but...
