If there is a way to set the window location and size, I didn't see it, so I am requesting that something be done to allow this to happen.
Every time I open my Minecraft I have to expand the window a bit and place it where I want it. I don't play in full screen because I have my system set up for racing and am using 3 22" monitors in eyefinity mode. This stretches everything out and makes it look ugly. I prefer it to be on a single monitor, and then not cover the entire screen.
a simple command line switch that can be put into the shortcut to say "/size = what ever and /position = x,y with those two values the top left corner of the game screen.
Barring that, simply having the game remember where I had it set would work as well.

Correct egezort, I was talking about when I exit the game for the day and come back to it after shuting down my computer, I would like to double click the icon and have the window in the same place and size it was when I quit.
No, there has never, ever been a sandbox game with a story or ending... except Grand Theft Auto... and Saints Row... and Red Dead Redemption... and Crack Down... and Assassins Creed...

From what I have witnessed in the past couple of days, I am thinking it is going to be near impossible to get anyone to notice this request. The volume of requests is huge, heheh.

Without constantly bumping a thread, how can we get ideas we want to be seen noticed? It has only been 23 hours since my last post and this thread has already been moved back to page 7. Not sure how far back most people would look in order to give approval or support for an idea.
I guess if I wanted to add some unique feature, the thread would stay closer to the front eh?
The magic launcher is nice and all but shouldn't this come with all windows that can be displayed on a computer? Kind of disappointing to me. I can deal with it though.

I have used the magic launcher for a little bit now and it does serve it's purpose, but it would still be nice if Minecraft remembered where you put it and what size. At least now I only have to move it I don't have to resize it.
