I assume Villagers are very happy you un-zombified them. So my suggestion is, once you change them back, they should give you great deals. Like 1 emerald for 2 diamonds.
I suggested to Dinnerbone that cured zombies have torn, ragged clothes and had special trades, and he said he wasn't finished with Zombifications yet. So it's a possibility.
How about they drop all their equipment off immediately when they are cured and just leave it for you to take? All that armor and their tool at once would be a fair trade after you used a potion on them (which required going to the Nether at some point) and protected their zombieness from getting destroyed until they were cured.
How's this for a suggestion to Dinnerbone?

I think that more should offer a slight discount (1-2 emeralds off more expensive items) while some do the reverse. Of course, this is based off the thought that some villages liked being zombies.
I was thinking that cured zombies would be those rare green villagers. They would be updated to offer a wider variety of deals with better prices. But, when the "hate = worse deals" system is implemented, they will worsen their deals far more than any other villager (to the extent of two whole stacks of chicken for a single emerald).

But since rotten flesh is so easy to get, maybe 64 rotten flesh -> 1 emerald? I know the trading mechanics are a bit OP right now, so idk.
