I was playing minecraft and realized that snow and iron golems are so awesome, but shouldn't there be more. My suggestion is that you should be able to make a few more kinds of golems, they would be constructed basically the same way as the golems already in the game.
Clay Golems
Clay is a very useful for bricks and a building material on it's own, however that's it, if you could use clay to make "clay golems" that would be insane. They should be constructed the same way as iron golems, but with clay, because if they were like snow golems, players could just place a pumpkin on underwater clay. They would be gray with arms and stubby legs and would be a 1/4 of a block smaller than iron golems. Clay golems would have square heads with dark colored eyes, a big bottom jaw, and their ways of dealing damage would be to walk (slowly because they are made out of clay) and hit an enemy. They can do 1-5 damage, compared to 7-21 by iron golems, and they will have 20 hearts. When killed they will drop 10-20 clay balls, but if on fire they will drop 10-20 bricks.
Lapis Golem
Lapis Lazulli is such a magnificent ore, it isn't too hard to obtain, you could dye sheep with it, and it is a beautiful building material, but just like clay it doesn't have many uses. A Lapis Golem would be constructed just like an iron and clay golem, but with lapis blocks. They would look like "frost atronach's" from Skyrim, but with a darker shade of blue, like lapis is and they will have glowing white eyes with no mouths. They would be the same size as an iron golem. They will be loyal too whoever built them, meaning if you built them and you hurt them they will let you hurt them until death. If anyone else hits them they will hit that person until death. The way they will attack is they will move as fast as the player walks and they will hit them with their big hands dealing 4-10 damage. Also they will have a special ability that let's them float one block high so they don't die from high falls, or don't step in lava. They will have 18 hearts and when killed drop 15-40 lapis lazuli.
Slime Golem
Slime is a very rare, yet useful material in the game, however it would be a perfect addition if slime was in the game more. Slime Golems would only be possible if you could make slime blocks, which would be made of 4 slime balls. Slime Golems would be made with two slime blocks placed on top of each other and a pumpkin/jack-o-lantern on top of that. Slime golems would be two block tall slug like creatures with no hands, no arms, and dark purple eyes. Whenever they move they will leave a trail of slime, similar to snow golems with snow trails. They will not do any damage, but would be necessary for a giant slime farm. They will have 8 hearts and when killed drop 5-10 slime balls. With more slime in the game players could build more realistic sewers, or make jelly looking walls.
Emerald Golem
Emerald has only been added recently, but I still haven't found any. Anyway is it even worth it, it takes so long to find a material that's only use is trading with villagers, which are also hard to find, and as a really pretty building block, thus needing the creation of emerald golem's. They will be made with one block of emerald with a pumpkin on top of them. They will be the same size as a chicken and will be very similar to chickens actually. They will look like walking emerald creatures with black and red eyes and a little dinosaur looking mouth. They will drop one emerald every two minecraft days. They are also good fighters, if you attack one and it screams, all types of golems with in 30 blocks from it will attack you. Emerald golems can do 1-2 damage, have 5 hearts, and when killed drop 3 emeralds and 1 stone.
milovegas123, there's a high chance your thread is gonna get locked. If not, it will be filled with negative posts. If you used the forum's search, you'd find there are hundreds of these threads already existing. All of the golems you suggested aren't very creative either. The game is not called "GolemCraft".
