Honestly I do agree. But my housing ideas could have different purpace. Maybe for biome specific villages.
That isn't a new idea. There are already unique villages in desert biomes so i'm sure it will only be a matter of time before they exist in the other ones too. Your builds a a bit haphazard anyway...don't seem to fit well into the biomes.
I remember my first night in game wistfully... And by 'wistfully', I mean 'a f*cking nightmare'. It was chaotic, I've never even heard of the wiki, and I was learning things on my own. It... It was glorious. Then I learned about the wiki, and everything cleared up after that, but still.
Don't take away that pure enjoyment, that thrill of the very first night. I'm honestly not even a fan of the bonus chest. Everything you need is at hand when you spawn. You really shouldn't coddle newbies just because they have no idea how to play the game. And truthfully, I'm grateful for the first night. Because if you can survive that without know that your doing, you can pretty much survive anything in game.
But other than that, you do have pictures and a semi-laid out plan for your suggestion. So, props for that. Also, if you want peoples opinions on it in a more condensed form, put up a poll.

Umm no offense but your housing ideas SUCK a few of them are ripoffs of a hobbits house form lord of the ring. and by the way what the hell is that house in the snow biome it fail i lol'd so hard i was crying! plus you must be pretty young because you cant spell purpose right.
and by the way people who are supporting this idea it is not a "fancy" house it is litterally ****. i bet he got that from a monkey throwing it at him. the new players need to experience the fun of the "first night" heck when i started i didnt even have the bonus chest and i started probably way longer ago then you redstone.
Besides, 50 pages isn't hardcoded, which means that Mojang could easily write a book with more than 50 pages. It says directly on the wiki page that it is possible to do so.

Thats some pretty harsh insults being thrown around by a person who can't spell "literally" and has worse grammar than the kid your insulting. The guys little houses weren't as bad as you make them sound, and if you laughed so hard you cried at the snow house... well... that's pretty sad. So just cool it with the insults and try to be a little less aggressive.
Anyway, on topic. I don't like this suggestion much because it makes it too easy for a new player as others have said. Villages can already be used for spare housing, tools, and furnaces. To add this would remove the usefulness of finding a village near your spawn. But no need to beat a dead horse any further, I think plenty of people have pointed out why it doesn't really work as a suggestion. Sorry kid.

Minecraft makes me feel like I'm three. Playing with blocks and afraid of the dark.
Okay. I became to intrigued into this so I decided to show my Ideas (and my creative building). So I decided for all the different biomes one thing must remain the same in all of them. They all must have one furnace, one crafting table, four torches, one chest with very skim supplies, one door/enterance, and must all have 13 blocks of interior space not taken by the previous items mentioned.
So I started with Tundra (Snow without trees) and Taiga (Snow with trees) because I figured that the houses would obviously be similar. The first though I had was it had to have snow blocks in it because it was a snowy biome. However, I did not like the idea of a pure snow house or an igloo. So the creation evolved into this:
This is the front side of the house.
This is the back side.
Now this is the interior of the house with exactly 13 free spaces.
Now it was time to move on the the next house type, the plains house type. I thought since most plains don't have many trees it would be a dirt house since it would be the only block available, It also didn't occur to me until now that it does have a rather clever camouflage to it:
The front of the plains house (Sorry for night time).
The back view of the house
The inside of the house!
Next was the forest house. The house is primarily made of Oak log, Oak Wood, and Birch Wood. The house also had a wooden floor.
The Front View.
The back of the House.
The inside of the house.
The next house was for a desert house and I used the same idea as I had for my plains house.
This is the front of the house.
This is the back of the house.
This is the inside of the house (Sorry for bad view there is a disadvantage from its shape).
The next Biome is Hills/Extreme Hills. I though a house build into the stone sounded good:
The Front of the house (being built into a mountain there is no "Back").
And here is the inside of the house.
The next house is a swamp house. I thought it would make since to mix wood with dirt. (sorry I had to build it in plains biome)
The front of the swamp house.
The back of the house.
The inside of the House.
Finally, I needed to do the jungle house. This one I probably put most creativity into. (again sorry I didn't have it in right biome)
The front of the house.
The back of the house.
The Inside of the house (sorry for the smoke blocking the view)
Finally, An image of what each chest will contain.
Yes I think this would work in the game, just as long as it is not too over powered. Let me hear your opinion!
Every one of those houses but the hill is either hideous or impossible to implement into the game.

Allocators are no longer the future, we have Hoppers now. I still like them, though.
Part of me honestly thinks that this is just a comedy thread, started by redstone_fanatic to mess with people. At least, I hope it is. However, in the case that it is not, I'll address why I think it's a terrible idea.
The bonus chest isn't meant to be extremely helpful. It just gives new players a few basic items meant to help get them started in the world so that they don't die so easily on the first night. It still forces the players to actually go out and hunt for materials, in addition to giving them a bit more of a survival chance in case they chose large biomes and spawned in the middle of a desert. It doesn't completely negate the aspect of survival because the player still has to try and survive on their own.
The survival house, however, destroys the beginning aspect of survival by providing a house for them. The player does not need to hunt for materials to build it, they don't even need to dig a little hobbit-hole in the ground to survive the night: they can just live in the house already provided for them. It prevents new players from having to get up and do something on their own, it just babies them and makes them think that everything will be provided for them. It destroys the initial thoughts of "crap, I have to go and find wood. Then kill some pigs. Then mine some coal to make torches. All by the first night." The player can just sit around in his hovel the first night and not do anything.
So, sorry, but no. If you were being serious, the idea is terrible. If you were just messing with people... good job.

Well, I don't hate the idea, but I don't like it that much either. The point of minecraft survival is to do things on your own. Sure the creators put in a bonus chest just to help first time players or something, but a bonus house? The fun of minecraft is building things, and this bonus house does it for you, it has all the things you need to survive apart from a bed, and then you barely do anything. All you have to do to survive after that is go out and kill a couple of pigs to get food. I just think it takes away the idea of survival, I don't hate it though, just don't support it.

Well you dont want a 100 page book XD
No support in a million years.
I am ninja'd far too often.
And, there was a good reason why Mojang removed it. So stop trying to bring back a dead horse.
Indev shouldnt of even had it XD

Unless it's the old wooden Indev house.
That would be fun to have again. I loved that thing.
But starting the player with enchanted items is for super hostile maps, not vanilla.
