This suggestion is to make the moon move across its arc at a constant rate, regardless of player sleeping. The sun will still flip to day when you sleep. But now the sun and the moon move independently of each other. This offers another handy way to measure actual time spent in the game, useful for timing and waiting for crops to grow, for example. It's also a bit of a nod to a thing that happens in real life: the moon could be out during the day sometimes, and there is a possibility of an eclipse, rarely.
