Im sick of not being able to trade with my friends on minecraft. I think we should add a block that cant be broken by any one but u and can trade for u when ur on and off the server. This should also use emeralds.
Unfortunately, as you described it, it would easily be a griefing tool.
Really, with nothing but what's coming in the next update, and the allocator block, you could build a full-fledged automatic store that can buy and sell.
exactly a vending machien but only the owner of it can colloct the emeralds also u can put multiple items for sale at once. when u place your vending machien ull see a screen like the sign when u place it except it will say add a item and when u click that it will ask for the product the amout of the product for what amount of emeralds.

Ive seen the allocater and am in shock it made it i really want it bad but the problem is that u can easly move the allocater to collect the persons stuff. the vender which is what i know call it can easliy keep selling items safe. also alot of people are to lazy to mine and just want to build making it a win win
I'm sorry, but as I said, your idea is too exploitable by griefers. You're basically giving them free access to adminium blocks to do with as they please.
One of the few methods I seen that successfully adds security without allowing much griefer exploitation is declaring a certain area to be a player's "territory," and allowing nobody but that player and admins the ability to edit blocks there. This can easily be used to protect allocators.
Ok so dont make the block indistructable just make it so the admin has to put a protection area around it
and also the allocater cant sell stuff for u thts y i want to add a vender so that it can sell stuff for u.
also i think the allocater can move stuff into the vender for you
My point was that if you're going to have to have an admin protect the vender for you anyway, you might as well just implement the allocator instead, because it can be used to make an automated store with a bit of creative redstone use. It's also useful for other things.
In minecraft, it's generally better to introduce a block that can do a lot of things if used creatively, rather than one block that's built from the start to do one thing and one thing only.
Interesting, to say the least.

You can just throw your items to your friends.
Or be patient and wait until 1.3 when they have ender chests.
