So basically my idea is to improve skeletons, It's not much AI related but its more of what they are and do, First of all it makes no sense how they have unlimited arrows, they should have a limit to how much the shoot and when they run out of arrows they would switch to their dagger or stone sword...
So what I think should be done is that a skeleton basically has a full stack of arrows, when a player kills them while they have between 32-64 arrows they will drop 2-3 arrows because some of the arrows are broken on kill.
When a skeleton has 1-32 arrows it will drop 0-2 on kill
When a skeleton has 0 arrows it won't drop anything except bones.
Also the skeleton will have another rare drop, that would be a stone sword (sometimes enchanted)
Hmm.... good idea, but very rarely does a skeleton live long enough to shoot 64 arrows at you. You would just be gathering a bunch of arrows. Maybe just like no more guaranteed arrow drops kind of thing. It's either a 0-2 drop of arrows or nothing.
Its really hard to take this idea seriously when the OP uses comic sans and bright colors.... its like being in some kind of parallel dimension where kidzbop runs the internet..... *head asplode*
As for the idea, I fail to see the point when you can kill most skeletons before he can get off 4 shots. Unless you were punching it to death, in which case he won't even need 4 shots.
Skeletons? If you wanted to fix Skeletons, you could give them more realistic archery, instead of instantly turning around when you come near them and firing an arrow without even drawing back the bow. To make this more balanced, they could deal more damage when they do hit you.

It's hard criticizing ideas when one is tired, so you'd better appreciate it when I criticize yours.
Hard to read, but if they where to have 64 arrows, there would need to be armys in mincraft so they can all sit back and waste em while you fight zombies... Thats the only way 64 arrows could get used up in a skeletons lifetime, maybe they also have armor and when you hit them some arrows break?
