Hey it's Stunt_wax I'm thinking maybe when a villager dies they become ghost. And at night sometimes they come out ,and attack you. This would add a reason for villages to be Dangerous. Golems can't attack them and arrows will just go through them. They would look like a white cloud ,and they can quickly warp from one spot to another in a rapid moment like the Enderman. But the Ghost have a Weak spot if a villager is being attacked at any moment they will come out and attack the attacker. Now in direct sunlight they will burn and drop a ghost tear used for potions and is like the Ghast tear except it is see through. So tell me your opinion. Thanks
You had a decent idea until you got the part where you can get drops from it. The life of a squidward is going to hard enough with the selective genocide thats gonna happen with the trade system, and now you make killing them a profitable activity in of itself.
If you leave the rewards out, then the idea can remain interesting. But with the drops, all its doing is encouraging yet another mob farm target.
What starlinvf said. Also, what do ghost tears DO?!?!?!?!?! (when you brew with them i mean... what sort of potion does it make)
Also, why would the ghost kill you if you didn't kill the villager? Also, I don't think villages are SUPPOSED to be dangerous. They're safe havens (except at night).
Your idea isn't very well thought out or written for that matter. It's slightly hard to understand what you're poking at here, but I don't really like the sound of most of the idea anyways...
