I, to be honest don't think this is possible to be good or bad, enchantments are random, the sword could be either overpowered or underpowered so stop complaing, but I don't really like the idea, its just a waste of iron and blaze rods.
A completely new weapon that is completely different from swords? A "Godsword" is so cliché and this doesn't fit well with Minecraft, seeing as there are no gods (and ironically this is forged from hellish materials).

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
This should be an awesome sword with the power of about a level 30 xp sword
This explanation is meaningless. A "level 30 xp sword" could be anything from a diamond sword with a damage boosting enchantment to a wooden sword with a utility enchantment. In any case, don't you find it just a little absurd to be suggesting something almost impossibly easy to make have power equal to what you can get by making an enchanting table and working your way to level thirty? Even with grinders (which I personally think are pretty much an exploit) this would still be easier.
Aside from which, I think that enchanting should be how you get power equal to enchanted items.

I'd suggest you abandon the idea entirely.
