More weapons like battle axes, maces, etc. and be able to enchant arrows and have stone tipped arrows, iron tipped, gold tipped and diamond tipped.

Also Notch said himself that he will not be adding new weapons. Not because he doesn't want to, it's just too much balancing issues.
