I've got a new idea for brewing! It's called a brewing pot. Brewing pots are crafted with three balls of clay and blaze powder to make an unfinished brewing pot. To finish it, it must be fired in a furnace. The brewing pot is 2x2x2 and works like a regular brewing stand. It does, however have a few exceptions due to it's cheap crafting recipe:
Only one potion can be brewed at a time.
Fill the pot like a cauldron, then brew it with three of the same ingredient.
Splash potions can't be brewed, the splash bottle must be crafted with bottles and gunpowder.
Some potions appear different colors in the pot, like blue, green, red, brown, yellow etc. Once the potion is brewed, the pot works like a cauldron and can't brew any more potions until it is empty. Here are some optional ideas that goes with it:
After brewing, the pot should be cleaned with sponge, found at the sea floor at shallow sea.
Mixing two different potions in the pot will give off a poisionous potion that kills any player that drinks it.
The brewing pot only works in the nether and the end. The brewing stand should only work in the overworld. Maybe vise-versa or some other combination.
I don't really see the point of this.
If you can get blaze powder you could get blaze rods and make a brewing stand so why make this.
If it was made from some other material because you could not find blaze rods I could see the reason.
But till later, no support.

There really is no point, except to add a little brewing spice to the game. I mean, I think it would be cool to be able to brew in pots.
op: The key ingredient came from the Nether. IF you can salvage them from the Nether, you should be all set. There is no reason why you should need Brewing Pots if you do not have Nether Wart, which comes from a fortress, and has blazes.

What is that supposed to mean?

redundant means useless.
