That was the point of it :)But what i mean is, There would be a receiver rail that would automatically work when the cart hit the first rail without the use of redstone
Sorry to say that a minecart station is a 3 block long, one block wide, one block deep hole. On the two slants are two powered rails. In the middle is a detector rail. Next to the two powered rails are two buttons. This allows for a two-directional track; upon entering the slant, the cart will stop. Pressing the button will release it, and it will travel through the detector rail (powering the other powered rail) and sending the cart up the hill and on it's way.

work got tangled with all the redstone wiring and so on. That is why i would like to make it easier with railroad
Detector rails. What the basic idea would be is There would be the regular detector rail which sends the signal
down the track to the detector rail receiver so you wouldn't have to wire the railway all the way down. I think this
would better improve minecarts and minecart functionality. Because you would not have to waste Redstone and
repeaters on such basic things.
Example:
----- = Redstone wire
|-| = Detector Rail
Normal Minecraft detector rail:
|-|------------------------------------------------------------------------Reg. Track
My idea:
|-| Changes track over here wirelessly: |-|
