my suggestion is to take a bookcase and if combined with a button or switch or pressureplate will act as what ever it is combined with but showes no signs of being any different making it impossible to tell the difference between other bookshelves and it would of coures be able to interact with redstone just like any other switch or lever. please like this idea and hopefully it can be brought into the game as an actual thing
I really like this idea except for the pressure plate. It doesn't seem fitting. But I would love to have a wall of bookcases in my house with one that led to a secret door. Especially on multiplayer.

thanks and yea well it doesnt have to have the pressure plates but still the buttons and switches and this is just a post so its not set in stone so it could drop the pressure plates
Nice first post, but it's not that minecraftish. It's also fun to create this secrets paths with the blocks we have, and not just have block that does all the fun
can u explain how it isnt minecraftish i mean i saw tht there brining in tripwires and stuff for traps and i just dont understand how it isnt minecraftish i mean cant u hide buttons behind paintings and stuff so y not a bookshelf? thanks for the feedback though
