Rather than pigmen getting mad if you kill pigs, they should actually go out and kill pigs. If they are anything like us, their uncanny valley reaction will drive them to hate anything similar to themselves that isn't themselves.

I want ocean content(thanks Möjang!), nether biomes, and savanna passive mobs.
This is a very good idea in general. It would add a new level to minecraft. There are a few things that I would not like because they remind me of some of the adventure mods. Like the whole name thing and the different races. At the most the difference between villages should be clothing colours.
I have been thinking that adding side quest to minecraft might attract more people and keep other interested. By side quests I mean, for example, you walk into a village and right-click the blacksmith and he tells you to go to a cave near by that has a chest in it and bring back the book in it. If you do this is gives you a heavily enchanted diamond sword. That is a little different than the enchantment-table like random quests you have re-sugested. The main difference would be that the quest would be more like the quest in FTL (look it up).
This is an AMAZING suggestion, and I really like it! However, I'd like to make some changes to races, as a lot of them are just standard fantasy races, and I feel Minecraft should be a bit more unique. Here you go:
Building Materials (What they're most likely to make buildings out of): Wood (Dependent on biome), stone brick
Allies (Races they're more likely to ally/not wage war with): Testificates (The current villagers), Skyelves
Enemies (More likely to wage war against): Witches, Pigmen
Mob: (The mob that will attack and kill them at night): Creepers
Biome (Biomes more likely to spawn in): Forests, Plains
Mount (If any soldiers ride mounts, what they're most likely to use, or have stables populated by): Horses, Pigs
Unique: Standard villagers carry wooden or stone swords (Only pulled out when battling)
Guardian: Diamond Golem
Building Materials: Wood, Packed Mud, Stone Brick, Cobblestone
NETHER Building Material (Pigmen are the only race that can have villages in the Nether): Netherbrick, quartz, gold blocks (Only on the chief/king's keep)
Roads: Mud (Overworld) Chiseled Quartz (Nether)
Allies: Witches, Farlanders
Enemies: Minecraftian's, Testificates
Religion: Porcusaurum (God of Pigs), Wither (20% chance in Nether)
Mob: Zombie Pigmen
Biome: Hell, Mesa, Plains
Mount: Pigs, Ghasts (hell yes)
Unique: Acts neutral towards you as long as you hold any form of gold out (even if you're an enemy)
Guardian: Gold Golem (Face similar to a pigman)
Building Materials: Wood, Cobblestone (Sandstone in desert biome, like it is now)
Allies: Skyelves, Minecraftian's
Enemies: Farlanders, Pigmen
Religion: Jeb (They believe in Notch, they just worship Jeb as their creator)

Mount: Pigs, Donkey's/Mule's
Unique: Has a higher guardian cap then usual
Guardian: Iron Golem
Farlanders (Endermen with green eyes)
Building Materials: Obsidian, Endstone, Quartz

Enemies: Testificate's, Skyelves
Religion: The Universe
Biome: Sky (One appears after you re-enter the End), Ice Spikes
Mount: Ender Drake (A SMALLER variant of the Ender Dragon, only about 7 blocks long and 2 blocks tall, green eyes)
Unique: Very rare, but has some of the best trades
Guardian: Obsidian Golems (Face looks like an enderman, purple eyes, horns similar to the Ender Titan from mods)
Building Materials: Cobblestone (Normal and Mossy), Stone Brick (Normal, Mossy and Cracked), Oak wood, Spruce wood
Roads: Cracked/Mossy Stone Brick
Allies: Pigmen, Farlanders
Enemies: Testificates, Skyelves
Biome: Underground (In enormous open caverns), Swamp, Mega Taiga, Roofed Forest
Unique: Hostile mobs will defend Witches from enemies, instead of attacking them/ignoring them
Guardian: Zombies and Skeletons (Wears some sort of helmet showing they are summons of the Witches)
Aerelves (Appears as an elf, most wear white/light blue/gold clothing/robes/armor):
Building Materials: Quartz, Prismarine
Roads: Prismarine (the standard cobblestone form)
Allies: Minecraftian's, Testificates
Enemies: Witches, Farlanders
Mob: Zombies and Skeletons
Biome: Extreme Hills, Ice Spikes/Plains (Villages spawn on floating islands above the terrain)
Mount: Aerwhales, Phyg
Unique: Soldiers and Wizards/Mages/Kings can blast Sky magic at attackers (A blue firecharge, dealing 2 hearts of damage (4 points))
Guardian: Sky Guardian (A large gold and light blue elven golem)

I love this mod, But i Need a Race to, I'm an Elv. Can you make an Elven race? One that is more likely to spawn in the woods. Also, special spawning conditions for each Race Village would be nice like Pigmen in plains. Dwarves mountains, Elves in Forests. The rest same everywhere. I also can't find the link to download this.
