Exactly what it sounds like, I'm suggesting adding an anchor for use with wooden boats.
It would likely be crafted with an upside down "T" made of iron ingots. In use, the anchor would, if held when dismounting a boat, be removed from the inventory, and attached to the boat, sinking to the bottom of the body of water the boat is in. While a boat is tethered, it is drastically harder to move (and break), and when displaced will slowly move back over the anchor block. Once you enter a boat that is attached to an anchor, the anchor is added back to your pack, or it can be removed by swimming to it, and harvesting the block as you would any other.
Thoughts?
EDIT: An alternative recipe could also be a "V" of 3 iron ingots with a vertical two string line on top.
Just a minor reusable convenience, so that when you get off the boat, it isn't launched back into the ocean, which I find very annoying. As far as cost, iron is all over the place, and it only costs twice as much as a bucket.
We need to keep our boats safer. Getting out of them either launches them so far out that it's worth the swim more than anything else, or it goes towards the shoreline and basically breaks.
however this formula is too iron costly, make it 3 iron in a "'^" shape and a string at the top.
