Your suggestion lacks any details for discussion. If you don't have any details, then post it in the "Small Suggestions" thread. If your suggesting that harder difficulties get more XP and lower ones get less, then your defeating the purpose of having difficulty. If you are suggesting that harder difficulties have less XP and lower ones get more, then you have to specify a magnitude, otherwise the game could be unbalanced.
I see many people prefer a more difficult (or easier) game and this suggestion might help in that regards.

Hard game = slower XP accumulation
Easy game = faster XP accumulation
