It's fine right now and i'm not trying to make it any harder but here is my idea:
So let's just say i made a .zip file called "Example" and I add some files into it.
The only files added will be the ones supported like "terrain.png" and "items.png"
I suggest that it creates a backup of your .jar and in the new .jar, adds the files from the .zip into the .jar then reboot.
This might take longer (for it to load the .zip) but it can add more possibilities.
For example, this will also work for mods, you can put a .zip into your texturepack folder and it will install it.
And texturepacks can do more stuff then just retexture the blocks it allows you to (maybe re-animate it).
This is a terrible idea. I mean, very, VERY terrible idea. You have absolutely no idea what you're even trying to explain. So ontop of it being a bad idea, it's badly explained.
